Brunswick has designated MotoTron Corporation as the official systems integrator for SmartCraft. MotoTron is responsible for:

• Managing the SmartCraft data bus and how it connects to the entire system of products
• Organizing a protocol that can be successfully implemented in production
• Validating that products connect to the system without negatively affecting system integrity
• Ensuring that all connected products perform basic databus functions such as reading and transmitting information on the databus
• Providing field support and training to system installers and troubleshooters
• Producing bus management tools that enable partners and system installers to diagnose system issues

MotoTron also develops strategic alliances with component suppliers and is the adapter of the control system and associated software used to integrate all components into one system. MotoTron is continually developing new technologies to further integrate electronic powertrain, vessel systems and user interface electronics.
